Sevar LLC Warranty Policy and Refund Clause

Because Sevar LLC Providing fully customized digital services (including 3D design, programming, and interactive web experience development) and not tangible physical products, the warranty and return policy is subject to the following professional provisions:
Before starting work: The client has the right to cancel the agreement and receive a full refund of the advance payment (minus only bank transfer fees) if the actual planning or implementation phases of the project have not commenced.
After work has begun: Once you start the design or programming work and submit the first drafts, the advance payment becomes Non-refundableThis is to cover the working hours and technical resources that have been allocated to the project.
Monthly subscriptions (Retainers): For ongoing support and development services based on a monthly subscription, the customer can cancel the subscription at any time, provided that the service renewal will stop starting from the month following the cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for previous months.
We guarantee our clients the highest professional quality standards and adhere to the following two points:
Technical conformity guarantee: We guarantee that all 3D designs and code delivered are free of programming defects and fully conform to the specifications and requirements agreed upon in the work document and signed in the “Partnership/Project Agreement”.

The number of revisions and modifications available free of charge for each project is specified in advance in the price quote or basic contract.
